Today I'm thankful for:

1. Getting over some health problems to join the MJ fun again!
2. Coming into a warm house after morning chores & smelling the stew cooking for supper...that "peaceful" feeling that everything is OK right then!
3. Playing 50/60s music today & knowing all the words. Now that's a giggle!

1. The amazing sunset, it never ceases to take my breath away
2. The sweet friend that gifted me with fresh eggs, because my hens aren't laying consistently yet

Today I'm thankful for

Seeing the joy and excitement on the face of my oldest knitting student as she has mastered the basic garter stitch. She's in her 70's.

Being able to be there for her as she mourns the passing of her sister and was looking for something to fill in the empty hours.

My husband for encouraging me to share my knitting skills with others.
