Okay.. everyone with a birthday close to Christmas or New Year's.. you know how it feels .
Mine is Janurary 2, (whispering) 19sixtyfive.
One time I tried to have a half-birthday. Everyone thought I was a macadamia.
In June , perfect time for a picnic or BBQ and I was 36 1/2. Sort of like when we were 11 1/2 what a big deal because we were almost 12 , well 36 1/2 didnt have as much appeal back then either.
Everyone is to pooped to party by January or there is a huge snow storm. (I wish now)

This is one of the first places that I was willing to tell my birthday (maybe not year), but I think it is neat that someone wants to celebrate us. Thank you, Meg. My birthday is May 24, and when I was little, my Mom who had been born in Canada, told me that May 24th was Queen Victoria's birthday. There was no school on that day. Think things have changed, as it is celebrated on a Monday now. On our block, there were 4 kids whose BD's were 5/24. two were on 5/22, and 2 on 5/28. We used to have a block BD party. It was great. Several of those BD's were adults, so fun was had by all. Next May, I will be of special interest to the medicare group. My mailbox is full of business' seeking my funds for a Medicare supplement. It is interesting how these people know to contact me. ;-)

| My birthday is February 20, 1959. Really keeps my DH busy since Valentines Day is the 14th, our anniversary is the 17th and my birthday the 20th. Poor fella, sometimes I make it easy on him and we combine it all into one event. |

I guess I'm one of the elderly here. My birthday is 2/16/37. And we celebrated our 50th anniversary on 8/15/09.

Oh, I guess I should admit it--tomorrow is my birthday (sigh). I haven't hit the big five-o yet but it's getting closer. the worst part of getting older is all the aches and pains. But I got a new stereo for my birthday so that was nice. Now I can listen to my CD's again. It always makes me feel good to listen to my music. Anyone else a Jan. 29th. baby?

Well not much to say Feburary 8th 1954, In the state of PA. Now in Virginia and loving MaryJanesfarm more and more all the time. My screen name is soLilly. As well as all my email addresses and the plates on my car. When I got devorced after 20 years of a bad marriage I wanted special plates on my car. When all the things I could think of were taken I had to think on the wild side. Well I sew and that has helped me many times when I needed money and I am told I am much different then other people. Hay Ya'll Just another day here on the ranch on my birthday. My day is August 5, 1958. So every Birthday begins with letting 7 dogs go out at 5:30 for the A.M. stroll then feed and water the horses and donkey then check on cattle and babies. Until last year I also feed and watered the chickens and let them out to free range but the fox finally got the last one. This year I am going to hang up my apron and fix my "Outback Pack" and just leave for the day (after I do chores, of course). Have faith Farmgirls and WOO-HOO too!
