Thank you Linda, Marly, Bonnie, and Joyce! I am so excited and truly honored! My hubby has "gotten into it" and refers to me as Farmgirl Queen of the Month and tells me my wish is his command. Cracks me up! Then the kids catch on and are silly about it, bringing me my water cup and what not :) I keep telling them I want good behavior :D

For a little over a week, our family has been quite sick - fighting high temperatures, headaches and stomach issues... And to top it off, I was home alone with the seven children... and yet, you ladies brought smiles to my face. From Sarah, I received a wonderful uplifting card. I also received two packages. The first was from MaryJane and the Farm. Love love love the print! And that little fork will be used as a decoration, somehow, in my kitchen, for sure!
I also received a package from Winnie - I have no idea how she knew I absolutely love butterflies to decorate with for Spring! And the towel is perfect! .jpg?v 64452004)

Shannon, I am so sorry to hear that you and family have been sick this past week! Hopefully everyone is feeling a bit better now. It must have been a little Blue Bird that whistled in my ear about the Butterfly!! LOL!! Glad you are enjoying all of your fun surprises too!!

Peggy - thank you. You are so right, Farmgirl sisters truly are the best!!!
Winnie - well it was a smart little Blue Bird ;) We are feeling better for the most part - I am still fighting migraines :( It has been over a week, with only one day reprieve! Emi is still struggling with her breathing, but I think part of that may be due to teething, as her first tooth popped through and she has three more coming it looks like! Thankfully, she is keeping her feedings down now! The other kiddos all seem to be feeling better - yay :) So just Emi and I stayed home from church today!

February has begun! As such, I get to pass the honor of being Farmgirl of the Month on to someone else. As I contemplated and prayed over this, I realized I wanted it to go to someone who as of yet had the honor, as well as someone who inspires me. The individual I have chosen inspires me to be a better mother and Farmgirl. She can often be found hanging out on the virtual porch or in one of the virtual chapters. She has also started her own chapter in her area. She continually volunteers in her community, as well as home schools her children and supports her husband in his career. Her craftiness abounds almost as much as her sweet spirit. Please join me in congratulating Sabrina Sheerer (Sobyn) as February 2016 Farmgirl of the Month!
