Nan,
I tend to agree with other gals about perhaps not posting on a blog what you are going through. However, it's a matter of prayer.
I encourage you to journal . . . writing about all of it can be helpful!
Hang in there and I will pray for you!

Oh Bonnie- I am so happy for you! Yow deserve the honor. I cherish our memories that we made at the Elegant Farmer a couple of years ago. And I truly agree with April with you of the fond words to describe you...to a T. Enjoy your month!

Vomacka soup is a Czek vegetable soup made with potatoes, green beans, cream sauce, vinegar, dill and carrots. If you are ever in Minnesota, you can eat it at the Fish Tail restaurant in New Prague. It is delicious. My husband found a recipe on line and made some. Yum. Bonnie

I know it is Feb. 1 and I am really not trying to make another month of my good fortune (lol)but I just got home from church and I can't wait to announce the farmgirl of the month for February is Diane Van Horn from Fiddlehead farm. I met Diane when we went on a glamping trip to Laura Ingalls Wilder sites a few years ago. She is a go-getter with a sweet personality and would do anything for a friend. She lived in Janesville, Wisconsin then. She tried to get a farmgirl group together in her area and now I hear she and her husband are in New Braunfels, TX. (a great cowboy area with a really fun Dixie Dude Ranch nearby. She fixed up the most adorable trailer (will post pictures when I find out how)She crochets cowboy-girl hats and loves black, white and red. Congratulations Diane. Love Bonnie
