I enjoyed being FGOTM. Thank you all for the lovely wishes. I am delighted to pass the title to a farm girl who spends a lot of time volunteering at her local school. She is an aide and substitute Granny to some lucky second graders. She also teaches interested youngsters how to crochet. She has helped a friend get back on her feet following the loss of her apartment. She often posts on many different forums. For all these reasons, I submit Marie, aka churunga, to be our May Farmgirl of the Month!
And I get to be the first to congratulate Marie!
Thank you all again for making my month so special!

Marie, you live by a very high set of standards. You are a wonderful FGOTM. I had a lovely surprise in the mail. Mary Jane and Meg sent me a Henrietta dish towel and a bucket list notebook! I'll have no trouble filling up my bucket list, but I don't know how quickly I will check those wishes off the To Do List! But I will enjoy both item so much. Thanks, gals!
