Oh my, I just had to receive my October FGOTM surprise from Dianna! She sent a box of microwave Kettle Korn which we tried last night and it is delicious, the cutest bear in the woods glass picture which I now have in my sunny window of my "LogCabin style room", and this darling owl that I am pretty sure Dianna crafted starting with a wooden circle as the base. It is just adorable!! Thank-you Dianna very much for theses wonderful and special treats!! Also, I thank-you for your very sweet comments in little darling card! You sure spoiled me yesterday!!

Thank you so much for picking me for November FGOTM. This has been a great month for me. When I joined Farmgirls I was so excited to do merit badges. My goal was to do all of the merit badges or at least 80% of them. I have read the book over and over about 500 times looking at what merit badge I should do next. I love to be challenged and loved the idea of a challenge. Many of the badges I already knew how to do I was able to teach other farmgirls how to do them, then there were the ones I did not know. That was when the challenge came in. I had to do research to learn them or have a good friend teach me. Farmgirls is not just about you it's about helping others and, in the process, you make new friends and they in turn will help others and the cool thing is you meet new friends along the way. I have been busy for the last 4 months fixing up my house to move from California to Texas but always found time to be with my farmgirl friends. I am a few days late in nominating the FGOTM for December sorry. I want to nominate Candy Hogan she is who should be the December FGOTM.
