We had chicken, stuffing made with sour cream and cream of chicken soup, and blueberry muffins. It was yummy. Then we had chocolate pudding for dessert.

Last night DD was home so we grilled some boneless pork on the grill, and had homemade California-style guacamole with tortilla chips, salad from the garden, and baked beans. Tonight is Chicken Chile Lime burgers with avocado and tomato.

My son is cooking dinner for us tonight. I am excited. Some type of spinach and cheese stuffed chicken breast and salad. He graduated from culinary school last July. I love it when he cooks for us. He is such a wonderful son.

I got inspired today, so I marinated some flank steak for Fajitas tonight. I'll be grilling red, green, and yellow peppers, Vidallia onions, Baby Bella mushrooms, avocado and of course the Flank steak. Can't wait!

Last night we ate pinto bean - bean burritos topped with garden goodies, and a very large pan of roasted garden veggies.

I have no idea about tonight. Leftovers sound pretty good. I have to can more today, and my dehydrator is working around the clock.

I might bake them a frittata if I have enough eggs today.

Not quite sure, it's my birthday and I sure don't feel like cooking so it might just be leftovers, but thats okay, mama needs a break from cooking from time to time :)

Happy Birthday Krystle!!

I am making a "Summer Garden Pizza" recipe that uses mayo instead of tomato sauce as a pizza sauce.

Last night my dinner was organic hotdogs, as my day with my sisterhood chapter ended late (6:00), but what fun we had! Tonight is really hot and humid, so I am making chicken fajitas in the cast iron skillet with fresh peppers, onion, and squash from the garden. :)

Yesterday we took it easy, as we had Farmer's Market.

Tonight it's grilled organic chicken breasts (not sure on the topping for it yet), fresh corn on the cob, a new German Potato salad with honey, homemade apple pies (homemade filling), with homemade French Vanilla hand churned ice cream made with honey. Mmmmm!

Okay, Kristina, my mouth is watering!! What time do we show up at your house for dinner? Sounds so good! Would love the recipe for that German Potato salad! I make one but it is not with honey...sounds interesting.

Tonight I am throwing together something with some of the wonderful fresh veggies from the garden. Not sure yet...but I'm sure it will be good. Thinking of doing something "Meatless Monday"...just veggies.

LOL! It was very good, and I posted the recipe on today's blog post (check on my Pioneer Woman At Heart blog below).

Yesterday we had pizza's, making the crusts from cauliflower/egg and cheese. We topped them with garden goodies too.

Tonight it's homemade sloppy joes, rosemary roasted potatoes, and a mix of broccoli/cauliflower.

@ Kristina, read your wonderful blog and that recipe looks really good! I bet that honey sweetness is great against the saltiness of the bacon.

Tonight I didn't know what I'd be making until we went to the Organic Farmers market. Ended up with boiled red potatoes so fresh and good they didn't need any spices, mixed fresh veggies and a big ol' yummy Brown Sugar Meatloaf.
