More snow here in Northern Iowa. Beautiful sunshine! 31 degrees F. Enough wind to make my wind chimes sound lovely!

The thunderstorms and tornadoes passed through here yesterday. It was stressful to see how many warnings to take shelter kept popping up all over the state. I have friends who live near Ottawa, but their families are all safe. We didn't have anything too bad here, just a few strong storms overnight. It's still very windy and the temp is starting to drop. I'm definitely ready for summer :)

Let's see... woke up to rain and by mid morning it was hailing and by noon....snowing....
on the plus side, I had just enough ingredients to make and bake a small batch of chocolate chip cookies!
As "Donna Summer's sang... "I will survive! ".... lol!

Well here we are again... more rain and storms... from what I gather, the East and West Coasts are getting hammered and so is everything in between.... lol!
I guess I have no excuse to not go into my sewing room and finish up some UFO 's and finish up the binding on to lap quilts!

Well, after enjoying some nice 50 & 60 degree spring days, last night we had(snow)!accckkkk!!!...about an inch and there is still a 'skiff' of it out there this morning and it's windy, low 30's....
BUT tomorrow it's suppose to be 50's again! ...ahhh...springtime in N.E. Ohio!

Last night we had wicked winds, and hard rain and power outages. Enough is enough. I guess the governor has now decided California is now out the drought. finally. We have lots of rain and lots of snow. Hello spring.

It is currently spring in Southern California with mid 70 temperatures. The last two expected rain got stalled in San Luis Obsipo and I have a feeling the same will happen again tonight. I think we are finished with rain here, so I need to get back into my watering routine.

We had a glorious sunny day here in the Chicago area. Nearly 70 and they say mid 70's for tomorrow. Spring is in the air!

oh goodie,,, a few hour break in the weather,,, been raining since yesterday, earlier this morning and due back this evening... but the fun stuff won't happen till tomorrow,,, Thunder storm in the horizon...

Uuggghhhh! Rained through the night... just drizzleing right now...
Hubby and I have to head down the mountain in a wee bit....for a funeral....and the weather is suppose to turn to thunder storms....

Two days with no rain! A blessing in any disguise! My basement is finally, for the first time in 2 weeks, dry . . . but boy, is it green around here in SW PA!

It was totally miserable here yesterday. Temperature up to 106°F outside and then it got really dark and the thunderheads rolled in. The lightning and thunder were smashing. Then we had a downpour and 1/3 inch of rain in the desert. There was some flooding in the area. The desert can't really handle a massive amount of rain all at once. There was some hail in the area too. Today was beautiful with a high in the 80's and warm sunshine.
