Finished this today,,, a quilted garden banner..

I machine embroidered each square, then assembled and added 2 little ceramic (garden theme)buttons...
I might have to make a Christmas themed one... oh wait,,, I have plenty of time for that!!! lol!

Well,,, now I am crocheting easy peasy dish cloths... for my trailer and a set for a friend as a Thank you gift...
While killing time today, (Ginger was at the groomers) I ambled around Walmart... over to the fabric/craft section and bought 2 skeins of cotton, 'Peaches -n- Cream' crochet thread/yarn.
And my favorite thing about the yarn,,, it's Made in the USA...

Love Peaches N Cream yarn. They make great dish cloths! Post some pics when your done! I need to make some new ones for our house. Maybe when I finish some of the other projects done hahaha.

This is a fabric panel I bought in Japan. It has a muslin backing, seam binding and a casing. As soon as I get a longer rod I'll hang it in a window.

Everybody's projects look fantastic. The Yo-yo blanket looks like a flower garden.
I have been working on cellphone rugs. I gave two away already to our mail girls at work. The other girls in my team have asked if I can make them one. It takes me about 40min to make one. I love to crochet so I said I would. They are just big enough to put my phone down and protect the glass. I needed my phone to take the pics so you are seeing the case only.

I chain 14 and either single crochet or half crochet dspending on how the color pattern goes. If I HC I crochet 17 rows. If I SC I crochet 27. It all depends on the size rug you want. When the rug is done I make fringe using an old gift card. Oh and I used cotton yarn. Hubby suggested I apply for Shark Tank. I had to inform him there are probably a million crocheters, including Mikey from the Crochet Crowd on you tube that could make these rugs. I would be crushed like a cockroach by Mr. Wonderful.

Lol! Maybe you could make Mr Wonderful a crochet neck scarf and 'very snuggly" wrap it around his head! Lol!
I am surprised that any of the 'guests ' would want to team up with him!!!

Your hat is so cute. I have one I bought back in the 70's when I needed one I could easily role up and put in my backpack. Hiked for a week once in the Sierras with my favorite hat keeping my nose from being sunburned. Can't believe it is still in great shape.

Cell Rug is such a great idea. Love the colors.
I've managed to finish a couple of items in the last couple of weeks. I carved a cat for my SIL for Christmas and a glass stained window for my herb garden. I am finishing carving my lizard shawl pin and as soon I get the finish done will post a photo.
