Judith, those bibs are adorable! One of these days I will learn to sew better and I'll make some!

Over the weekend I was able to clean and pack up a ton of baby things we are no longer using. Felt nice to clear some stuff away. I also started a new project that doesn't involve crochet. It will go on my island when it's finished. I'm about half way done. This is my fist time working with chalk paint and I'm impressed so far.

Krista, I haven't been brave enough to work with chalk paint yet! Your jars are very cute so far.

Ruthie, I love your painting and all of your crafts! Your art work is really diversified!

Ruthie your crafts are adorable! The chevron hanging pumpkin is my favorite! You are very talented. Do you hand paint the words or are they vinyl?

Grace and Judith, I loved playing with chalk paint! Oddly enough my favorite part was sanding it away and creating the distressed look. I'm such a perfectionist that I worried I would struggle with it. The first jar I started sanding freaked me out a little but then I realized I enjoyed making them different! I will definitely be making more chalk paint crafts in the future. You two should definitely give it a try.

Thanks all! I'm loving it so far. Now I want to make something else with chalk paint!

Linda, give it a try. I think you will enjoy it as well. What color of chalk paint do you have?

Ruthie218 – I love pennants! I’ve always wanted to make some! And those signs! Are you kidding me? Those are fantastic!!!!!!

Krista – That project is amazing!!! I absolutely LOVE it!!!

I've finished the last felt "donut" and have a decent little pile of felt food done so far:

Almost done with a felt "purse" and need to cut out pieces for next wave of felt food. :)

I love looking at everyone's projects. I'm currently working on some puff flowers and granny squares. I'm not sure what the flowers will become. The granny squares will be a small afghan.

Ladies thank you so much for all the wonderful complements. Now I am in prayer that I can sell my painted wood shapes online and at local shows.

Jamie love your felt food . They are so cute. I teach preschool and these would be great in a classroom. Did you know that MJF has a pennant swap ?
Heather love your granny square.

Heather, love the granny square, and the flowers are really cute. You could put those on all kinds of things!
Jamie, your donuts and apple slices look good enough to eat! Someone is going to have a great time with those!
