I had a smidgen of gorgeous yarn that I just couldn't let sit and collect dust so I made a jar cozy! The pattern is on this link (I didn't create it I just knit it). http://www.ravelry.com/projects/mommy13/out-of-its-own-league-jar-cozy

Sharon - cute cover!
Grace - love the penny rug and lampshade (neat idea by the way)
CJ - as always, love the aprons you make
Erin - the cozy is very pretty
Yart - I tried to view the shawl, but after reloading the page 3-4 times, I could not view it. Hmpf. I'll try again later.

I hope I didn't leave anyone out. Such wonderful projects....

Since summer took over my crafting time, I am finally back to whipping up Christmas ornaments - one of my passions. This one is posted on my S.C.R.A.P. Blogspot:

Kristina I love the cardinal tree ornament,so cute!
The phone case is beautiful Sharon,I bet your Daughter is real proud of it!
CJ your aprons are beautiful no matter how they are displayed, you have true farmgirl grit for sure to go out and still attend the market in that cold!
I didn't get a picture of the squirrel quilt yet, just couldn't get a good picture of it with my Daughter's camera but I took some of the chicken pincushion and needle hen I made the other day,I have another set of chickens in progress along with another embroidered flour sack dish towel.

Just got back from vacation and what a treat to see everything everyone has been working on. It is all wonderful. You all have inspired me to get busy!

The road to success is not straight. There is a curb called Failure, a loop called Confusion; speed bumps called Friends; red lights called Enemies;caution lights called Family. You will have flats called jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination; an engine called Perseverance; insurance called Faith, and a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success!!

Twinchies are 2x2 inch
Rinchies are 1x1 inch round
And Third I cant remember what it is?yet

Type those in and you will see a whole different way of crafting!

Whoohoo! I love it!! Check it out.

Grace, I love that stocking ornament. I hope to get some felt ornaments done this season too. Very nice felties and pillow too.

I'm playing around with making ornaments again.

This is one of many. I am making some for gifting this year too.

As many of you know I love to work in polymer clay. I've been having trouble sleeping lately which is nothing new for me and so I thought I would make me up a little angel. As you can see she's ready for bed with her pillow and her teddy bear. I had lot of fun working on her and now my imagination is running wild with all of the different kinds of angels that I want to make. I will be having a drawing for one soon.

hugs

Cute ATC's CJ.
Marcy you are very talented! You should sell those for Christmas presents.
Grace, you just reminded me I have a basket of fabric rolls, waiting to finish a braided rug. That's a creative idea too.

I'm working on more ornaments and finishing up my Aunt's order (which will be gifted to her for Christmas vs. letting her pay - a surprise to her, along with a box of handmade ornaments).
