Maybe we should start a traveling apron...a plain one to start, that we could embelish...with autographs using fabric paint pens..or stitchery ..or sew on those hokey souvenier state patches..or patches of vintage fabric...or...? Then we could send it on to MJ as a token of our appreciation for uniting us on this wonderful web chat room! What do you think Girls?

Diane -- count me in on this one!! I'd even be willing to make the apron although I couldn't do it until after September 17th. I'm up to my eyeballs in aprons to get ready for a Neighborhood Market until then.

I'll be glad to make it...I was thinking off white cotton duck fabric in kind of a butcher shop type pattern...nothing to frilly as we will add our own "frills" so to speak..sound okay?

I think that would be the best and then we could embellish it.

I'd like to contribute, too, so please add my name if you are making a list. Thanks for thinking of adding this to our fun. I think it will be a blessing to all and for all.

This Idaho homemaker wants in on the traveling apron project...this might have to be one LARGE apron! This might be a fun project for a farmgirl chapter to do as well.
