Texas cannot decide which season we are in. One day it is hot and the next it is cloudy and sometimes the season changes several times on the same day!

Back into the 50s this morning. Mid 70s by afternoon. Love the cool mornings and warmer afternoons. That's what spring should feel like.

This week we've had Spring with a hint of summer. As they say about the Texas weather, "It's summer with two weeks of spring."

This weather in WV is awful and depressing. Chilly and rainy and awful. To go through until next weekend for us. An old WV spring time that I remember as a child---we were always cold until the middle of June.

Our weather is so unpredictable also! We still have the wood stove going! I did plant my garden. Covering some plants with buckets at night.
Yesterday it was like a hurricane. Windy and torrential rain! It hasn't decided what's up for today yet! Going out to work in flowerbeds as long as it's not raining. Serious transplanting needs to go on!

I live with-in a mile (as the Crow flies) from the National Weather Station. I can see the building from the back of my property...... and I swear, I could do a better job of predicting the weather!

They have been saying for a week it is going to rain,, then it doesn't!...

Nail a string to the fence...
if it moves... it's windy,
if it is wet... it's raining,
if it's white, it's snowing,
if it's gone... it's been stolen!
Snorks-n-giggles!

It's a sunny warm morning here with a hint of coolness on the breeze. A breeze now but I bet by late afternoon it'll be a full blown wind.

We've been riding that roller coaster ride here in the Chicago area. We've had 80 then a couple inches of snow, then 70's and then a dip to the 40's. This is pretty typical though for our midwestern springs. We never know what we are going to get! The leaves have opened on the trees and bushes, the bulbs are blooming beautifully and the perennials have popped up, so it is definitely spring!

I always layer my clothes too. My typical "uniform" is jeans, a short-sleeved top, and a cardigan.

Our Spring has finally arrived! I am so happy to be moving away from the cold weather. It has been so nice here. The last couple of days I have been able to open my windows and enjoy the Spring breeze. Sending some Spring vibes your way so you can have some nice sunny days soon.

Mother Nature at her best. lol Lately WI is sticking with spring time. I hope it stays that way. All our snow is gone now. A few ice patches on the north side of my barn left. enjoy your nice weather.
