Posted - Oct 16 2019 : 03:56:51 AM Very early this morning Windy Pines youngest grandchild was born and there have been some complications. This is her youngest son's first child. He and his wife are understandably worn-out and frightened. Please take a moment to pray for all of them.
Thank you, Dawn in IL

Posted - Oct 18 2019 : 5:15:19 PM thank you again for the thoughts and prayers. He is doing better each day. He has started getting a bottle, and taking 1 ounce now. They are having him go slowly, not to over load his system. He is doing well and looks like a healthy normal little boy. My son said he has even had a "blow out" of his diaper. While they were washing and changing him, he pee'd all over. Good for Ethan. I will get on my phone and post a picture. We pray yet that there will be no long term effects from the trauma of his birth. Hoping he can come home on Sunday. Momma and baby are doing well and very happy to be united now.

Posted - Oct 17 2019 : 02:44:01 AM Thank you Dawn, and everyone for the prayers. Ethan, is recovering by leaps and bounds already. His daddy is with him and his momma will be there today. He is 9lbs 10 oz, and i think he will make up for lost time, once his momma gets to hold him and he gets to start eating. We are thankful he is here, after what he had to go through. It should not have happened.
