Thanks to Marilyn for her creative quilt squares November card (loved the little buttons
and lace doilies), and to Terri for her cute Thanksgiving sticker card. Hope everyone

Jill, thank you so much for your delightful November fabric card. Love how you also
put some burlap underneath. I'm with you...and think we all need the cheer of "Bringing
on the Holidays". Also loved your circular return address stamp, that is so neat.

Mary that is amazing. I usually got to sit in the nursery about 6:45-7:15 am. Just long enough to have a baby conversation and let the nursery workers get all set up for the morning. The babies were six weeks old when they arrived! Such sweet little bundles of joy. If I had not had to go to the gym and welcome the mommies and/or daddies who brought the other kids...I could have sat and sat!
The other thing I noticed...if I was in the hallway talking to someone, and happened to glance into the nursery, thru the dutch door...I found those eyes and a big smile looking at me. When I said "hi______" the arms began wiggling and the legs began to kick. They knew my voice!

Marilyn... loved your baby story. His little one’s uncle was holding her close to his face and when she was still very very small.
He kept saying HI! And she was watching his face. And finally said HI! Back. So sweet....

She is so cute! I love babies.I used to go into the tiny baby nursery at the daycare just to hold the little ones...and talk to them. At first they would just watch my face, as I talked baby talk, then they would begin to converse, and they got so excited. Some of them would tell me stories! At least they seemed to be. They were so excited to find someone who would listen to them and seemed to understand!
