If you love to read as I do, you will enjoy this book. This Tender Land by William Kent Krueger is one of the best I have read recently. He also wrote Ordinary Grace which I have not read but I think that will be next. This Tender Land is a work of fiction but is definitely based on so much fact. It is set in the 1930's with the story beginning in Minnesota, you will laugh, cry and be angry, but it will be hard to put the book down. William Kent Krueger lives in Minneapolis, MN, has written many books and just may be my new favorite author. Happy Reading and let me know what you are reading. Hugs!

Gail, this new author sounds interesting to me too. I will look into finding one of his books and giving it a try.. Thanks for sharing because I love to read as well.

I thought I would check and see if my library had this book and to my delight they had in an audible online, so I checked it out and will listen to it while I sew. Thanks so much for the "book review" Gail.
