Yesterday I made meatballs using a technique I saw on one of the TV cooking shows I watch. I used 93/7 grass fed ground beef, Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, no binder or filler. Made 13 small meatballs.

preheat 350 oven

To make the sauce put a 28oz can of whole tomatoes in the food processor. Put the puréed sauce in a Dutch oven and add 1/2 tsp garlic powder and dried oregano. Bring to a boil then turn down to simmer to thicken the sauce. When the sauce is close to the consistency you desire add the meatballs. Simmer for a few minutes before putting Dutch oven into the oven. The sauce will continue to reduce in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes are until the meatballs reach a temperature of 160.

I make meatballs quite often since I learned this way of doing it without eggs, breadcrumbs, and best of all no browning the meatballs.

Dawn, the sauce is the way I do it, you can use your favorite homemade sauce or from a jar. I used whole tomatoes because I keep two sizes in my pantry, and I like the fresh taste. Also use whatever herbs and seasonings you like.

Lisa, if I do say so myself, they're the best meatballs I have ever had or made.

Sounds yummy. I usually make meatballs with a package of Lipton onion soup and an egg. No fillers. A shot of Worcestershire sounds like a good additive.
