I just bought this new Book ... Adventures in Yarn Farming - Four Seasons on a New England Fiber Farm by Barbara Parry.

What a lovely book! I'm enjoying reading about her life as a fiber artist and sheep farmer. You get a glimpse in her world of wool fiber, from farming, raising lambs, shearing the sheep to dying and spinning. She does include recipes, knitting, and weaving patterns. The pictures are lovely.

Enjoy!

Hi Carole-
The book looks wonderful. I also just checked your blog; thank you for the self care reminder. I’m coming out of six years of elder care
and trying to get back on track. Priority for 2024, get back into MJF sisterhood and more time quilting!

Happy holidays,
Gae

Nancy, thank you so much for stopping by my little corner in cyber space. It has been a tad neglected due to life challenges with aging parent and other stuff. But I will be making an effort to post more often, to share my creations. I love to create!
