Denise, I had forgotten about candied violets. Always wanted to do it but never got around to it. Violets and other edible flowers are tasty in chicken salad.

You can sugar dip and use them on cupcakes or cake.

Violet jelly
Tea - add fresh to hot brewed tea
dry violets and mix with other dried herbs/flowers for tea
Add fresh to iced tea, lemonade, other iced drinks

I thought I heard someone say you can eat violets, besides putting them in a salad what else can you do (eating wise)
