Now days happiness comes in little things like a push broom. Every since I moved to Paris nine years ago I have wanted a push broom to sweep mounting leaves off my deck and sidewalks. Each year that past I said next year I'll get one. Well this is the year and I ordered one off Amazon. Should be here in a couple of days. I'm a happy FarmGirl and will make quick work of all those falling leaves when it gets here. Isn't it funny how what makes us happy changes from year to year or should I say from decade to decade.

I agree Sara---I used a push broom at a lady I cleaned for many, many times. They are wonderful. My porches are a bit hard to use one on and I always just swept with a broom---now hubby is here to use a blower. But I agree---they sure do the job and quickly.

Love a push broom! I hear ya on that one! I can’t hold the blower either, my hubby can, but using it on the porch is too powerful anyway! Little things like that make me happy, too. Enjoy it!

Love a push broom. We have one for the garage and I have a smaller one for the front porch.

Winnie the noise of a blower is bad.

Krista good to hear how well you like your push broom. I'm looking forward to having an easier way to keep deck and sidewalks clear of leaves.

Sara. We have a push broom. They are very nice and it was a life saver when we were doing our yard at the first of this year. It makes it so much easier to clear dirt off the patio and to move our slag off the cement. I feel your excitement! Enjoy your new broom!

Sara, I need to look up push broom as the name is unfamiliar to me. We have a leaf blower but I hate the noise so I have been using an old fashioned sturdy standard broom from Ace Harware that does the trick for me.

Diana I agreed but I have little strength in my arms and hands so I couldn't handle the one I bought from Home Depot. I traded it for yard work a couple of years ago.
