Is there a source to find out how these things work, or what is missing? Any info will be appreciated!

Cristy, I have an amazing friend who is one of the most knowledgable people I know when it comes to antiques, American or other! He refurbishes a lot of his own things. I asked him about these and heres his reply. I then went online for a couple of hours to do a search but to no avail. Hope you can find out more with his answer! Good luck!

I have a spinning wheel though am about to post for sale. I haven't used it in at least 10 years. It's not an antique. A very nice wheel.

Thank you Linda! Yes, could be spinning wheel. I have an old spinning wheel, another craft on my to learn list. These parts here though are not ones that I can see would attach to a similar wheel. Maybe another? Do you spin and know of good reference book or something?

Are you sure they are from a loom? Or a spinning wheel maybe?
