I'm Sandy and live just outside Olympia WA. I'm a wife of 32 wonderful years, and enjoy gardening, camping, creating, cooking, finding old things, reading, learning, and adventures. I'm so looking forward to joining the Sisterhood, making new friends, and earning Merit Badges while having a fun support group that will bless me when I fail ( I learn good things from my fails, LOL). 4H was a big part of my life growing up and I feel MJF Sisterhood will be my new joy. Best wishes everyone!

Hi Sandy---I am an old hillbilly from West Virginia. I love it here and am proud that I carry on many of the old ways so lost to the young. Our culture is gone and all young people are generic with phones stuck on their heads and doing what I call the cob walk behind their mothers. MJF gives us good and simple things to think about---so welcome---let's hear your voice and thoughts. I love Alabama---we visit my husbands brother there---close to Birmingham---give me heat and I can take it---cold I cannot. I guess we are all happy where we are---bloom where you are planted for sure. I enjoy all those things you do too---kindred spirits for sure.

Welcome Sandy!! I'm so happy you have become a part of the sisterhood! You sound delightful! My son lives in Mt. Vernon. I'm stuck in Alabama, hot, muggy but still blessed!
