Thank you everyone for the wonderful fabrics. I think I may make a few masks for school with some. They are great.

Received Christine's lovely fabric. I love to look at all the lovely fabric you all send me. I hate to cut any of it! LoL!
Way to go Christine. Most women can step in and handle a man's job. How many men can juggle a women's job? Working outside the home, raising the kids, cooking ,cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, gardening, canning etc.! If you have one that can and does, keep him!

Marilyn,
I did move last September, I bought a house in my old neighborhood that I grew up in, 1 house away from my Mom, and closer to my business. it's wonderful as I used to play with my dearest best friend in this house as a kid, we moved into the neighborhood when I was 3, so all the neighbors feel more like family, I already knew them so it was a pretty easy move to make. I do have my fabrics sent to my business though, mostly because I can't wait to get them, but also its nice to get something not related to sheet metal and rotational molding during the day. :) We make aluminum siding for campers, RV's and trailers. We also have fiberglass, and rubber roofing, and we do rotational molding to make plastic water tanks and holding tanks for RV's. My Dad started the business in 1982, I have worked her most of my life, I did go to college to get a degree, but came back to run the business with my Brother. When my Dad passed a few years ago, we inherited the business. I always tell people I learned to drive a forklift before I learned to drive a car, and that I learned to weld before I learned cook. :) Our business is hot, noisy, greasy, dirty, and male dominated, but I do love it(I know farmgirls can relate). Mostly family work here, but I am the only woman, that is why I love my Farmgirl Sisters, you all help keep me womanly and well rounded to all things girly and farming. Farming or manufacturing, women need to stick together!!!

I hope everyone gets my fabrics soon, I love all the fabrics I have received so far! big hugs to you all!

Much Love-
Christine

Joan, have a wonderful vacation!

Vanessa, does Trip sew? LoL! So cute!

I don't know why everyone doesn't join this swap. All the things that can be made from these materials can be used in many other swaps! I have to admit that
Sometimes I hate to cut them! LoL!

Marilyn, his name is Trip Hazard because of his habit of getting underfoot. I had also considered calling him Purrcey

I'm not in this swap, but here's a thought for y'all. See page 77 of the April/May 2020 issue of MJF magazine for some great coasters to make. Cut your 10" squares into 4 equal 5"x5" pieces. You can mix up your squares for scrappy looks or if you prefer a more coordinated look . . . . well, you'll know what to do. Then you will be all ready to make all your gal pals sets of adorable fall themed coasters.
