I'm an old dinosaur trying to learn some new tricks here. Please be patient with me. I have never done any blogging or chatroom stuff before so will probably make mistakes . . . all help will be welcome.
I live on a little farm in the Idaho panhandle with hubby, dogs, cats, goats, chickens and summer boarding cows. I enjoy quilting, crafting, cooking, gardening and creating handmade books and mail art. Currently i'm working on a round robin quilt, editing a girlfriend's new manuscript and in the process of completing 30 masks for the participants in an envelope swap I'm in. The coronamadness has changed life as we know it for all of us but I choose to survive using grace, courage and humor. I look forward to getting acquainted with y'all.

I look forward to seeing your round robin quilt. I am trying to finish up putting together some quilts. I have some quilt tops to get put together with backing and get quilted. Trying to work on my unfinished projects this summer.

Welcome Jean! So happy to have you join us! I love how you keep busy and stay positive during these crazy times. I can’t wait to see your completed round robin quilt. I’m fascinated with how talented you ladies are that can quilt. Maybe I will learn some day in the future. I hope to see you more around the forum and get to know you better. Stay positive!

WOW! Thank y'all for the warm welcome . . . . sisters from all over the USofA . . . . how fun. I stepped off the ledge and even signed up for the August Found Word Art swap and inquired about a book club. Just about finished with my Round Robin binding. Will try to figure out how to send a photo as soon as it's done. Anyone interested in doing a small Round Robin quilt? Such surprising fun they are as Yoda might say.

Hi Jean!
Welcome to the Farm! You are so right about the "coronamadness" changing things for now, but we WILL overcome this period. Attitude is everything, sprinkled with humor. Your interests are shared by many of us. Many blessings!

Keep shining!
