This is how I know the weather is getting warmer...

This is Keria,, our next door neighbor's horse..
The Crows are 'grooming' Keria and the loose hair,, most likely for their Spring nests!

Winnie,, we use to have a family of ' Scrub Jays' that we would feed by hand,, they would fly over and sit on our hand and tug at the peanut.. and if we didn't release the peanut,, they would tap gently on our finger to say, Let Go! lol! Yep,,

Denise,, yep, the horse must have thought she was at a day spa! lol!

and we too have an "all you can eat" buffet for our birdie friends... I swear, we go through a 20lbs bag of seed a week.. lots of birdes here..

Dryer lint is good. I have done that. Right now all the birds here are doing is feasting on the everlasting snack bar! LoL!

I have a Crow family that I take care of in my backyard by feeding them a few peanuts daily, but this photo is absolutely wonderful!! Crows are quite interesting because they have such interesting relationships with other critters and people. Thanks so much for sharing this photo. IT made my day and I will have to tell my CrowFriend all about it. Hehehe, he comes and will listen to me talk to him while he get water at the birdbath and preens after he takes a bath.

I have actually been thinking I should save the Dryer Lint for the birds..
I have a hanging bowel that I could drop it in for the nest making birds...

I have a hanging wire planter lined with coconut fiber that the blue jays are stealing for their nest.
