Just can't sit still so making yet another afghan. It's either that or cross stitch or reading. I have a nice pile of afghans upstairs, so if there is ever a power outage I can pass one out to everyone in the area. Using up a lot of leftover yarn for this one. Its just a single crochet so nothing to count or have to think much about. Windy here today. Some snow. Hoping for a White Christmas. Nancy Jo

Posted - Dec 20 2019 : 07:12:13 AM Nancy Jo, Your afghan is so pretty. Love the colors. I've been working on baby blankets in the evening. Crochet but I have one on the knitting needles too. Not as easy for me as crochet but I'm learning.

Posted - Dec 16 2019 : 12:07:05 PM Beautiful Afghan. I wish it would snow here. It's not even showing snow in the forecast. I was really hoping for a white Christmas. We are definitely cold though. Only a high of 25 and a low tonight of 8. It's definitely to cold to go outside.

It's cold, damp & foggy here in my corner of Texas. Ventured out once to gather fresh herbs (lemon thyme & English oregano) for vegetable soup. This time of year there's only the hardy herbs left in raised beds.
