Hey MJF sisters.
it's time to think about our 2019 theme..
I have a couple of thoughts, but would love for your ideas for this years theme..
We have been 'celebrating MJF' since 2015...
By having a virtual party, and for some of us, we have gathered up with local MJF sisters..
So, how shall we celebrate this year...

I am 'sew ' happy to see everyone likes the Quilt theme...
so I will post over on 'jubilee ' that this year's them is Quilt, be it with fabric, paper or wood. Or any other medium.

After visiting my son in Washington state and going to my first quilting shop there, I am up for a quilting theme! I've never seen so many GORGEOUS collage quilts in my life! I may not sew but I definitely love paper quilting/collages! Great ideas Grace!

I am with the others, I like the Quilt Theme! I love quilts old and new, there is so much love that goes into a quilt.

I too vote for the quilt theme. I will go just a little beyond the norm and add barn quilt, any size. A piece of wood and paints, then let your imagination go. Hugs Karla

Yay, it IS TIME to begin thinking about our Jubilee , 2019!!! I really like the quilt theme for this year too. Great idea, Grace, and one that will be fun to celebrate together!

oohhh! like your idea of a wool "Banner"..
I didn't even think of a Banner idea,, which could be wool/quilted/paper craft/wood, etc..

Thanks Grace for bring the Jubilee to our attention. I cast my one vote for the quilt theme. I am now working in wool applique and would like to make a wool patchwork banner for my front porch. Even if we go with another theme I think I will still make the banner.
I will post the Herb of the Year - Anise Hyssop today so us that plant a herb or rose to celebrate our Jubilee can keep it in mind.

Past themes were, gathering for tea, Aprons (apron flags), chickens and egg gathering aprons, gardens, both herb & mini.
We could do something that is Quilt related or Hexigon art/craft work (which is near and dear to MaryJane's heart)..
We could have a up-cycle or recycle or repurpose theme..or a baking - food theme...
Oh so many ideas,, How shall we celebrate our 2019 Jubilee theme?
