Posted - Dec 30 2018 : 9:53:41 PM Does anyone have a pattern for a fabric rolling pin holder to hang on the wall? I'd love to make one and have not had luck looking for one. I know I saw one in a MaryJanesFarm magazine, but it was just on the wall - there wasn;t a pattern that I know of.
I've seen toilet paper roll holders that would be similar to make, but not one for rolling pins.
Thank You!

Posted - Jan 10 2019 : 3:28:29 PM I recall,,,,, quite some years ago, in an issue of Martha Stewert, an article on rolling pins... If I recall they were displayed vertically on a wooden rack...like a rifle display rack... Gosh, I wish I could remember how far back that article was... I hate having 'old-heimers' ... lol!

Posted - Jan 09 2019 : 08:43:55 AM That sounds like such a fantastic idea. I am always keeping my eye open for one that hangs on the wall due to shortage of counter space. Now you have given me an idea to toss around. I can picture things in my head but getting them made is a whole other thing.

Posted - Jan 02 2019 : 9:50:52 PM LOL! I won't have time for a prototype until we return from the cruise/Florida trip on January 30. That's kinda what I thought of, but I'd have more than 3 loops. I have 5-6 rolling pins right now. I was thinking of spacing them a little more apart. We can prototype it both ways. LOL! Keep in touch.

Posted - Jan 01 2019 : 9:19:38 PM Hmmm..... I guess you could make a rolling pin holder with the same principle as a T.P. holder layered so you could hang them vertically. Start with the 1st (longest) loop then shorten the next loop (middle) to hang 1-2" above the 1st loop. Then make the 3rd/shortest loop yo hang 1-2" shove the middle loop. I would make the loops each about 8" across so your tolling pins dont slip out.
I really like the idea if a rolling pins holder.... darn, I wish I were home to try and make a prototype.
