As many of you know, my husband has been ill with heart issues. He went to UTMC for a double heart cath a couple of days ago to see if there were any blockages or collapsed stents. They went through his wrist to check one side of his heart and through his neck to check the other side. The good news is that nothing out of order was found. The bad news is that the reason he is feeling so tired and weak is because of the heart failure. They need to place a pump in his heart but he needs to be at 20 percent or lower on his heart function. He is at 24 percent. In other words, he needs to get worse before they will fix the problem. This is depressing him and giving him a feeling of being worthless as he can do absolutely nothing. I have been sick with an upper respiratory infection and couldn't even be with him at the hospital. Please continue to pray for both of us as I need to stay strong to keep up with everything around here. I don't want him to feel bad about me having to do everything while being sick. I'm trying my best to keep him as calm and relaxed as I can. Thank you all for you caring and concern.

Trust in your faith, not your emotions, when it comes to making life’s decisions.

I have learned that to have a good friend is the purest of all God's gifts, for it is a love that has no exchange of payment.

Just follow God unquestioningly.
Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.

I trust in you Jesus...
