Took my Hildegard to the vet and probably waited too long but it was determined that she has a UTI. First one for her and she is now on antibiotics and Carprofen. What are your thoughts about adding cranberry supplements?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I know it helps in humans but I never thought to try it on a dog. I'm curious to see if it works. Let us know if you ask the vet. Poor Hildy. I hope she starts feeling better soon.

Did you ask your vet if cranberry supplements would be O.K.? They are usually very good at answering questions like that. I never thought about doing that. I hope it all works out for Hilde. We have seven dogs so I know how that can be.
