Seeing Marcy's tile give-away made me think what I want to do with my old vintage apron patterns. I bought them at flea markets when I was in my twenties. Now I fear I have grown too large to ever use these patterns as they are small sizes. I have twenty of them---from the 40's, 50's and 60's. Ten of them are unprinted patterns. I have sewn these but they are harder. Three have ratty envelopes and two are missing instructions. But all in all---they seem to be OK. I never used any of them as I did not like aprons much until I saw Mary Jane wearing them. I will mail them free of charge to the first person that tells me they would like to have them. I hope someone will want them as I love them, but I realize I will never use them.

Sara---I am glad you received the patterns and that they got a good home. I am so glad that you like them.

Sara--- just sent you an email that I have the patterns ready to mail and that I will send them tomorrow. I have a big trunk full of old patterns from the 40's and50's. I actually made clothes from them and wore them in college and in my twenties. It was great fun.

Linda I wasn't hinting for an apron but if we can barter I'll like that. One or two of the patterns will make a great addition to my apron collection. The others are yours.

That's neat. Thank you, Sara, for sharing. I love the vintage patterns, and usually don't need directions if there are pattern pieces. After you get them, just let me know which one you want me to make for you.

Great! Please email me your address and I will mail them to you on Friday or Saturday. I am very glad for you to have them.

Barbara I would love to have them for two reasons. One is I was born in 1942 and the 40s - 50s - 60 are my memories. Second I will share with Linda O who loves aprons as much as I do and has gifted me with several.

Thanks for your sweet offer.
