Life took over and I haven't posted in at least 5.5 years. We finally completed our house (mostly) on our acreage (7.33). It took forever and we still have finish work to complete. I can't imagine living in a neighborhood ever again.
We live just outside of Louisville with our 4 sons, 2 dogs, barn cat, and chickens when the predators don't get them.
Glad to be back!

Good morning Kathryn and welcome back. Yes, it's been a while. Happy to hear of your progress on your farm. Is a farmhouse ever done? Ours remains a work in progress to this day.

Hi Kathryn and welcome back!! I would love to hear more about your experience of moving to a farm and experiencing an entirely different life. What sorts of projects are you doing on your farm?

Hi Kathryn,
When I watch those room make over show the remodel goes so fast.
But we know they have a team of many people to get the job done.
Repainting a small bathroom can take the entire weekend or more and sometimes, something new comes up that you were not aware of or prepared for.
But it is alwasys nice to sit back for a few moment and admire the completed bathroom.
