Girls, thanks for the imput, its been along time since I have used cast Iron. I made pork chops tonight and they came out perfect. I ordered a chicken fryer pan with a lid, looking forward to using that. Then I have to be a good girl for a while and not order anything. Or Not.

Love cast iron which we use often. Have two skillets, two Dutch ovens and one griddle!
Enjoy!

Great cast iron pan. I love cast iron. Most of my cookware is cast iron. You'll enjoy using it. It's better than most nonstick pans. At least in my opinion lol.

Enjoy this kitchen classic cookware. I have my mother's three pans and they continue to get lots of use. Just follow the directions for keeping it seasoned and how to clean it after use and this classic will be around for lots more generations.
