Posted - Nov 29 2015 : 06:22:00 AM I save all mesh bags that vegetables come in. When they are torn I put them under the sink to be used as throw-away scrubbies. Roll into ball and use on the yuckest messes than just toss in the trash. Remember to cut off the metal ring.

Posted - Dec 03 2015 : 12:06:57 PM Sara, I have done that very same thing in the past. Right now I'm not getting anything in mesh bags, but will use them if I do. CJ

Posted - Nov 29 2015 : 7:28:26 PM Sarah, I do the same thing! I like the bags that onions come in. They make great scrubbers for cast iron...just enough roughness to scrub without scratching.

Posted - Nov 29 2015 : 12:48:25 PM Oh my gosh! What a great idea. This is a good way to use what we already have and plan to throw away. I really like this idea.
