Any one do detox baths? If you do what areas does it help with, how often do you do it, and what is your recipe you use?

I take a beer bath to detox from the evil eye, use himalayan sea salt and baking soda for a general detox and relax bath, and use natron (a special mix of baking soda and salt) for Spiritual cleansing. Every now and again I'll add different herbs to the mix or essential oils depending on how I'm feeling. I just add the amount that feels right, I don't measure...except for the beer bath, I use 1 bottle.
