Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

zucchini, cut into ½″ diagonal slices (they really will shrink to thin-chip size)

t seasoning of your choice (we used a garlic, oregano, salt, and jalapeño mix)

Directions
- Place zucchini slices on dehydrator trays and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Dehydrate on medium-low for 1 day; rotate trays every 8 hours.
- Serve with Garlic Dill Dip.

Garlic Dill Dip

Makes: ½ cup

- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
