zucchini chips

Zucchini ChipsIris flourish

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 day
Makes: 1½ cups

Ingredients

zucchini, cut into ½″ diagonal slices (they really will shrink to thin-chip size)

½

 

t seasoning of your choice (we used a garlic, oregano, salt, and jalapeño mix)

Directions

  1. Place zucchini slices on dehydrator trays and sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Dehydrate on medium-low for 1 day; rotate trays every 8 hours.
  3. Serve with Garlic Dill Dip.

Garlic Dill DipIris flourish

Makes: ½ cup

Ingredients

cup sour cream

2

 

T half & half

1

 

medium garlic clove, finely minced

1

 

t dill, dried

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
