cup whole raw almonds

- Mix together syrup, oil, and vinegar in a small heavy skillet over medium heat and cook until syrup bubbles.
- Stir in almonds.
- Continue stirring until nuts are toasted and evenly covered with syrup, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the nuts to parchment paper and cool completely.
